Which recent projects are you proud of?

Creating and implementing a global sales policy, managing this change throughout the sales organizations, enabling the sales teams on best practices, and working with sales members to mediate and arbitrate their conflicts. It was a great learning experience and journey that helped shape trust, ethical behaviors, and teamwork. This required me to cross-collaborate with many other organizations and I earned a strong reputation as a trusted advisor to sales and other organizations such as employee relations and compensation teams.

Do you live by any piece of advice or motto?

My motto is to give back no matter how small or big. Giving back to me means making someone else smile or perhaps giving of my time, buying someone a coffee, or a surprise gift to a friend. I want to make others happy and brighten their day.

What are you passionate about?

We are all different and I am passionate about embracing differences and diversity in abilities. I am passionate that people with disabilities are given the same opportunities that others have to achieve their goals and dreams. All of us have an opportunity to show grace and support people with disabililties in small and large ways.

What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute to your success, and why?

I don’t give up easily and am relentless with my follow through even when others may tell me it’s not worth the trouble.

What is the one thing you need to know about your co-workers?

I value diversity of thought and approaches. I want to know what fuels my coworkers and how I can support them. For example, do they like to make decisions quickly or do they need time to digest and analyze information first.

Do you have a favorite season?

Fall – clean, crisp air energizes me and I love the colors and foods that go along with this season.
